Jennifer began loving dance when she was in her first dance class at the age of 3. She began with tap, jazz and ballet and grew her passion under the instruction of many eclectic teachers. During her pre-teen and teenage years, she started nurturing her love for tap, contemporary, and ballet/pointe. In the late teenage years, she took instruction from an award winning teacher/choreographer who truly shaped the teacher/choreographer she is today. At the age of 9 she competed in her first dance competition and now loves being able to watch her students participate in showing their abilities. Jennifer loves challenging her students to advance their abilities by getting to know each one and teaching them in a way that can resonate with the student. She strives to make a lasting impression that students can remember to guide them throughout their life. Her classes consist of an upbeat warm-up and stretch followed by choreography and/or technical instruction with vivid examples. Jennifer truly finds the reward in her work by helping her students achieve their goals and master difficult steps and choreography.
